Theme for the game to be developed will be announced 12 hours
before the start of the event.
You will be trained on the tools such as Unity game engine, Blender, Photoshop, Spriter and Audacity which
covers all the aspects of basic game development; for those who opt for it.
The training will be held online over the span of a week.
All the participating teams must submit the abstract of their game
that contains: game idea, inspiration
and character concept (draft) in PDF format, 1 hour before the start of
the event.
Any changes after the submission of the abstract cannot be made
without notifying the mentors.
The final submission should be based on
the abstract submitted by the team at the start of the event.
If any part of the game (i.e. character, music) is copied; Warning
will be issued.
If any part of the game is copied even after the first warning, the
team will be disqualified.
The characters must be designed by the team from scratch and if
necessary, proof of it must be provided.
If the characters are copied/ downloaded; the allotted points for
the character will not be given.
The teams must submit their project folders along with any
playable exe/apk.
The participants are expected to code the entire game during the
event. Hence no pre-cooked codes are allowed.
Online participants can be asked to share their screens at any time
during the event by the mentors to see the work-progress.
The event will begin at 11am IST on 25th Nov 2022 and end on 26th
Nov at 11am IST.

Create the vast majority of the code and art assets specifically for this Game Jam.
Use any game engine or programming language you want if it meets all the following criteria:
The game can be played by a wide audience without installing any software except for the game. We suggest
making your
game run as an executable for Windows 10 or in apk format or run in a web browser.
The game can be distributed for the community to play without violating any licensing or terms and
conditions of the
game engine.
We welcome people and teams from all around the world, and will happily accept a game in any language. We
will make
every effort to accommodate everyone, but at this time, we can only guarantee that judges will speak
English.
Details on how to submit a final game will be released to Team Leaders before the deadline.
